SparqIt provides an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to generate content, schedule posts, and publish to connected social media accounts. Features include AI caption generation, image generation, content calendars, analytics, and multi-platform publishing.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sparqit.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
SparqIt offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Certain features consume credits. Credit limits are defined by your subscription plan and reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create using SparqIt. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process and publish your content as directed by you. You agree not to use SparqIt to:
When you connect social media accounts, you authorize SparqIt to publish content on your behalf. You remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts. We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms including account suspension or content removal.
SparqIt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SparqIt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or free from third-party intellectual property claims.
SparqIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparqIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
