• Publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf

3. Social Media Integrations

When you connect a social media account (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), we receive an access token from that platform. We store this token securely to publish content on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide the service. You can disconnect any social account at any time from your Settings page, which revokes our access.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation), fal.ai (image generation), Vercel (hosting)
• Social platforms: Only the content you explicitly authorize us to publish
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Social media access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnecting an account.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive tokens, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect platform functionality.

9. Children's Privacy

SparqIt is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.
